Register on our site in a few simple steps to simplify your purchase or to get an answer to your request more quickly.

When you register you will be asked for your first name, last name, city, country and e-mail address. You can also enter a phone number to facilitate delivery.

By logging in, you can change your personal data and your preferences, view the summary of your orders and check requests for quotations that you have sent us.

Once registered, each quote request or purchase your personal information will be stored on our site, so you just need to log in the dedicated area to check it out.


Browsing through the categories of products you can select the one that interests you. If the price is not available, you can easily request a quotation and we will reply with our best offer.

Inside the product page you can see the article details and any technical details. You can make a request for quotation by clicking on the appropriate button.

To continue with the request you will need to specify your destination country and city in order for us to be able to calculate shipping costs. If you are logged in, your data such as country and city with be automatically filled out for you.

In a couple of days, you should receive a customized offer on the email address you provided us.

The quotation is not made automatically, but one of our reps must prepare it considering all the details specified in the request, so it requires a bit of time, on this account it is difficult to provide prices by phone.

If in the days following the request you do not hear from us, we recommend you to check the Spam folder, it may be that, by mistake, our offer can be archived there.

If the quotation you received sounds interesting to you, and you decide to proceed with your order, simply answer the mail with your personal information and we will send the invoice for the advance payment, which will allow us to proceed with the order.

Send us a copy of the advance payment document by mail at or by fax to +39.040.3224400.

Once we receive the transaction, we will proceed with the order of the goods.


To purchase directly from our website, simply browse through various categories of products and add to your cart what you want to buy (it will be possible only if the price is specified).

Inside the product page you can see details of the article you have chosen, some pictures and possibly the data sheet. The purchase will be made by clicking on the appropriate button.

You can remove or add more items from the cart before concluding the order.

If you are registered, enter your user name and password to log in and complete the order.

If you are a new user, create an account and fill out the fields with the data required to proceed with the order.

Before confirmation, please double-check all your data very carefully, once you submit your order you will be contacted by our staff to confirm the reception of your request and the start of the proceedings.
