The Vario 200 Series range of cooktops are built with the highest quality materials and has been completely redesigned to offer new technological standards and perfect integration with the entire range of Gaggenau kitchen equipment. Elegant in its aesthetics and high in functionality, the new design is in fact characterised by the presence of the Gaggenau knob - which has always been the distinctive feature of the whole line of ovens of the brand and by an anodised aluminium finish in black. The knobs are positioned on the control panel equipped with a lighting system that indicates intuitively if, for example, the paino is reaching the desired temperature or if at the end of cooking, it still has residual heat. Thanks to the rectangular shape, each cooking module can be perfectly combined, creating a harmonious and highly functional Vario system. The new hobs complement is equipped with the same black anodised aluminium finish and can be combined with the traditional and steam ovens of the 200 series, creating a coherent aesthetic environment, where no detail is left to chance.

Modular cooking surfaces suitable for every need
The Vario 200 series has been designed to guarantee a wide range of choices and space optimisation, always providing maximum versatility and performance even in the smallest kitchens, with its gas and induction hobs, as well as the five-burner hob from 90cm, are available for those who can benefit from much wider kitchen environments. Each gas hob includes mechanical power adjustment, guaranteeing the user precise control up to nine levels. Flexinduction hobs allow you to combine single areas into a larger single cooking area. The electric grill with lava stone and the Yaki teppan in stainless steel offer sophisticated alternative cooking techniques, taking advantage of the direct contact of food with the highest material that characterises the surface of the appliances. Furthermore, the innovative integrated Gaggenau floor console is now available in a width of 15 cm. Renewed in design and technology, this special appliance guarantees higher performance and maximum silence, maintaining an aesthetic harmony in line with the other appliances of the Vario 200 series.
